
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, and is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed; however, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations.
Please notify me 72 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:
-Any cancellation/rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved services. Cancellations made 48 hours before your service will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
I try to make this avoidable by sending reminders of your appointment 72 hours prior.
-LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
-A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
